Tayib Bromand

Tayib Bromand is water resources and climate change adaptation specialist and currently working as advisor to the general directorate of water affairs management in the ministry of energy and water in Kabul, Afghanistan. Prior to this work, Broman was research fellow with the Department of Environmental Science, University of Kabul, where he conducted research on hydrology and water resources in the Kabul Basin.  Bromand also worked as part of the project implementation of European Union co-funded development project entitled “integrated water resources management in Amu River Basin”, Kunduz, Afghanistan from 2011 to 2013.  His forthcoming publication include: “impact assessment of climate change on water resources in the Kabul river basin in the world academy of science, engineering and technology (waset). He completed his master degree in civil and environmental engineering at Ritsumeikan University, Japan in 2015.
