Dibya Devi Gurung is a Coordinator of Women Organising for Change in Agriculture and Natural Resource Management (WOCAN). She has worked for more than 24 years in the field of rural development, natural resource management, and gender and social inclusion (GESI) issues in Nepal (and Asia, more generally) beginning with the Annapurna Conservation Area Project, organizing local women (mother's groups) to conserve and sustainably use the natural resources. Currently Gurung focuses on identifying barriers to inclusion and women’s leadership and developing approaches and methods to address and measure them.
