Request For Proposal (RFP) for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of State-of-the-art Audio Visual System for New Conference Hall
The International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD) is constructing an annex building at its headquarters complex in Khumaltar, Lalitpur, Nepal. ICIMOD intends to install a full-fledged, state-of-the-art audio visual system in its new 238-seat capacity conference hall by the end of October 2017. ICIMOD is issuing a request for proposal (RFP) to invite qualified audio visual suppliers to supply, install, and commission state-of-the-art audio visual systems for its main conference hall and meeting rooms. Details of the conference hall and meeting rooms, and the proposal submission procedure are outlined in the RFP document, available from ICIMOD upon payment of NPR 1,000 (non-refundable) from 2–4 pm on work days.

The filled in RFP should include technical and financial offers in two separate sealed envelopes which should be packaged and sealed in one outer envelope, addressed to ICIMOD, Khumaltar, Lalitpur and marked as ‘RFP for audio visual system’. The completed RFP should be submitted to the ICIMOD Procurement Office by 18 July 2017, 4 pm.

ICIMOD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all RFP offers without giving any reason whatsoever.
