The International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD) is requesting proposals from registered and qualified offset printers to provide printing services for ICIMOD publications.

ICIMOD intends to enter into a two-year framework agreement with up to three printers. Per the agreement, ICIMOD will avail of printing services from each printer without having to open a competitive bidding process for each round of printing.

Other details and the proposal submission procedures are outlined in the RFP document, available on request through email to procurement@icimod.org.

The filled-in RFP document should include technical and financial offers in two separate sealed envelopes, which should be packaged and sealed in one outer envelope, addressed to ICIMOD, Khumaltar, Lalitpur, and marked as “RFP for printing services for ICIMOD publications”. The RFP offer should be submitted to the ICIMOD Procurement Office by 4 PM (Nepal Standard Time), 8 January 2021.

ICIMOD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all RFP offers without giving any reason whatsoever.
