The International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD) invites sealed bids from qualified and interested suppliers to supply, install and configure smart and state-of-the-art block-wise access control/attendance system at its headquarters in Khumaltar, Lalitpur. The system should be able to centrally track staff movement from each access/exit point.
To facilitate installation and functioning of this system, ICIMOD would also like to invite bids for installation/modification of doors at its different blocks.
Interested parties can contact ICIMOD’s procurement unit for detailed information.
The completed and sealed bid should be submitted to the ICIMOD Procurement Unit by 4:00 PM on 20 April 2021.
ICIMOD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids without giving any reason whatsoever.
