Purpose

The workshop aims to help ICIMOD’s partner organizations produce gender impacts. The workshop will develop participants’ analytical skills so that they can identify opportunities and gaps for gender integration in their organization’s programming and suggest actions and capacities required.

Methodology

The workshop will cover:

• Why gender mainstreaming is important in organizations
• Organizational frameworks to assess gender opportunities and gaps in organizations
• Suggest and develop actions  for gender mainstreaming
