ICIMOD invites sealed bids from interested construction contractors registered in Nepal for the construction of two eco-homes at the ICIMOD Living Mountain Lab in Godawari.
Bid documents may be purchased from ICIMOD Procurement Office for a nonrefundable fee of NPR 5,000, Monday through Friday (9:30 AM–12:30 PM) on ICIMOD workdays from the date of first publication of the notice until 15 January 2024, 12 PM.
The bidders shall furnish, as part of its bid, a refundable bid security in an amount of NPR 100,000. The detailed bidding information is available in the bid document.
The completed bid document should be submitted by 26 January 2024, 4:00 PM, to ICIMOD Procurement Office.
ICIMOD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without giving any reason whatsoever.
