Currently serving as GEDSI Officer within ICIMOD’s HI-GRID project, Yeshi Lham brings extensive experience and unwavering dedication to promoting inclusive development strategies. She is committed to advancing GEDSI – gender equality, disability, and social inclusion – principles and her larger goal is to cultivate an equitable and supportive environment where diversity is embraced and opportunities are accessible to all.

Yeshi has over ten years of service in the Royal Government of Bhutan’s Research and Planning wing where she dedicated herself to advancing her nation’s development by deeply understanding socio-economic trends and crafting policies to foster positive change. Whether innovating solutions for intricate challenges or collaborating with a wide spectrum of stakeholders, her steadfast goal has always been to contribute meaningfully to Bhutan’s growth and prosperity.
