Swikriti Sharma

Swikriti Sharma is a Programme Officer for ICIMOD’s work on Resilient Mountain Economies and Landscapes since 2024. She provides crucial support for planning, monitoring, financial management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Swikriti has extensive experience in international non-governmental organizations working in project design, management, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and knowledge management. She is particularly interested in fostering positive change in the following areas: women socio-economic empowerment, enterprise development, skills/livelihoods development, migration, and remittance.

She holds an MBA degree with honours from Kathmandu University School of Management, Nepal, and has been recognized as a merit holder in the Dean’s List, reflecting academic excellence.
