ICIMOD invites sealed bids from reputable and qualified suppliers for the supply and installation of P2.5 Indoor RGB LED cabinet display system covering approximately 360 sq. ft in Kailash Hall at ICIMOD headquarters. Detailed bid guidelines are available upon request from the ICIMOD Procurement Office.
Interested suppliers may obtain the bid document from the ICIMOD Procurement Office by sending a request via email to procurement@icimod.org with the subject line “Regarding supply and installation of LED screen for ICIMOD”.
Sealed bids must be physically submitted to the ICIMOD Headquarters by 4:00 PM (Nepal Standard Time) on 21 July 2024. ICIMOD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without providing any reason whatsoever.
