Mountain Research and Development Vol 44, No 3 available online and open access

Articles in the MountainResearch section of this open issue examine perceived impacts and preferred performance of rural–urban change among periurban villagers in highland Peru; present a method to assess cultural ecosystem services potential in river catchments in the Caucasus, applying it in a national park in Armenia; and study assets, motivations, and challenges involved in mountain entrepreneurship in the Lesser Caucasus in Georgia with a view to informing rural development policies.
