Meeting
The Programme Steering Committee (PSC) is the highest governing body of the Kailash Sacred Landscape Conservation and Development Initiative (KSLCDI). It is composed of one representative from the governments of India, China and Nepal; heads of the lead partner agencies in each of those countries; and representatives from two donor agencies. The PSC meets annually on a rotational basis to assess KSLCDI’s progress, approve its annual operational plan, and provide guidance on the evolution of transboundary cooperation. It facilitates an enabling environment for the initiative to achieve key programme objectives and ensures well-functioning integrative processes and good governance of the programme at the regional level.
