The course will provide participants with key gender concepts integral to gender-integrated planning, combined with skills for effective facilitation and communication for conducting training and designing training courses. The sessions will be specially designed for people who have ample field and work experience on gender. Participants will be required to design and conduct/simulate training and facilitation processes.

At the end of the workshop, the participants are expected to have a clear understanding of:

• Key concepts and steps in gender-integrated planning
• How concepts of implicit bias, frame analysis, and intersectionality should be integrated into the facilitation and design process of a training programme
• How to design and facilitate a training event on gender-integrated planning
