Water User Surveys in Sindhupalchok

ICIMOD, HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation, and ACWADAM visited four village development committees (VDCs) in Dailekh where Water User Master Plans (WUMPs) were implemented by HELVETAS. They identified Baleshwor Water Tower in Paduka VDC for detailed monitoring of springs and rainfall. A rain gauge was installed, and 24 springs were selected for long term discharge monitoring.
