Strategic Groups and Action Areas

We have organised our work into three Strategic Groups (SGs): (1) Reducing Climate and Environmental Risks; (2) Shaping Green and Resilient Mountain Economies; and (3) Enabling Regional and Global Mechanisms for Sustainable Action (Figure 2). Each SG contains two Action Areas (AAs) which house almost all our professional staff.
