The International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD) is issuing a request for proposal (RFP) to invite qualified and interested contractors/suppliers for the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of a 53 kWp (approx.) grid-interactive solar PV system at the ICIMOD headquarters in Khumaltar, Lalitpur. The proposed solar PV system needs to be integrated with the existing 92 kWp grid-interactive PV system operational at the headquarters. Interested parties can inspect the site between 10:00 and 12:00 during ICIMOD work days by 17 July 2019.
The proposal in the form of sealed bid along with the receipt of the deposit of refundable earnest money of NPR 50,000 must be submitted to the ICIMOD Procurement Unit by 17:00, 19 July 2019.
Additional details and the proposal submission procedure are outlined in the RFP document, available at the ICIMOD Procurement Unit upon payment of NPR 5,000 (non-refundable) between 14:00 and 16:00 during ICIMOD work days.
