Request For Proposal (RFP) for annual supply of  stationery/consumable

The International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD) requires stationeries and consumables for its day-to-day office operations.

ICIMOD is issuing a request for proposal (RFP) to invite interested suppliers to submit sealed proposal for supply of specified stationeries and consumables. The detailed requirements and RFP submission procedure are outlined in the RFP document, available from ICIMOD upon payment of NPR 2,000 (non-refundable) from 2–4 pm on work days.

The completed RFP should be sealed in an envelope and marked outside as ‘RFP for stationery & consumable stock’, which must be submitted to ICIMOD Procurement Office by 15 Feb 2018, 4 pm.

ICIMOD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all RFP offers without giving any reason whatsoever.
