The detailed requirements and RFP submission procedure are outlined in the RFP document, available from ICIMOD upon payment of NPR 2,000 (non-refundable) from 2–4 pm on work days.
The completed RFP should be sealed in an envelope and marked outside as ‘RFP for stationery & consumable stock’, which must be submitted to ICIMOD Procurement Office by 15 Feb 2018, 4 pm.
ICIMOD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all RFP offers without giving any reason whatsoever.
