Request For Proposal (RFP) for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Furniture and Interior Fit Out Works for New Annex Building at ICIMOD Headquarters

The International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD) is issuing a request for proposal (RFP) to invite interested contractors/suppliers for supply and installation of the following in its newly constructed Annex Building:

1. Supply and Installation of Modular Furniture

2. Supply and Installation of Interior Fit Out Works

The other details and the proposal submission procedure are outlined in the RFP document, available from ICIMOD Procurement Office upon payment of NPR 2,000 for each of above works (non-refundable) from 2–4 pm (Monday to Friday).

The filled in RFPs for above two works should be submitted to ICIMOD Procurement Office in two separate sealed envelopes marked ‘Supply and Installation of Modular Furniture’ or ‘Supply and Installation of Interior Fit Out Works’ by 5 pm, 12 October 2018.

ICIMOD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without giving any reason whatsoever.
