Request for Sealed Quotation (RFQ) for Supply and Installation of Video Conference System

The International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD) is issuing a request for sealed quotation (RFQ) from interested suppliers for the supply and installation of a video conference system in its country office in Kabul, Afghanistan.

The quotation submission procedure and other details are outlined in the RFQ document, available at the ICIMOD Procurement Office between 2PM and 4 PM from Monday to Friday.

The completed RFQ should be submitted to ICIMOD’s Procurement Office in a sealed envelope marked “RFQ for Supply and Installation of Video Conference System” by 5 pm, 12 April 2019.

ICIMOD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without giving any reason whatsoever.
