Communications Officer Resilient mountain economies and landscapes (SG2)
Delivering impact through written, oral and visual communications, Barsha Rani Gurung leads the conceptualisation and production of strategic communication and outreach efforts for Strategic Group 2, Action Area C: Transforming Livelihoods and Economies. She has held this position since 2021. Previously, Barsha served as the Communications and Outreach Officer at CARE Nepal. She brings with her nine years of experience in strategic communications, science communication and outreach, advocacy, global innovation and knowledge repository development, and design, monitoring, evaluation, and learning.
Barsha holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental science with a focus on ecology from Mahidol University International College (MUIC), Thailand.
