Q:

How do you protect the pulse of the planet?

A:

I think it’s important to take the time to reflect on yourself, your actions and how you interact with your friends, colleagues and family. Protecting the pulse of the planet can be simple things like turning off lights not in use, buying local produce, minimizing single-use plastics, reusing bags, not leaving the water running, printing only when extremely necessary (going paperless), educating yourself more and sharing with your community.

Q:

What is your favorite part of the work you do at ICIMOD?

A:

ICIMOD has a culturally diverse workplace which is really amazing with so many different and diverse minds, cultures and backgrounds coming and working together for a common goal.  I love the interaction with people too, both internal and external…and I also like the travel and love my team!!
