Dipesh Shakya

Dipesh Shakya joined ICIMOD as a Procurement Associate in 2024. He has over 16 years of work experience in procurement, administration, logistics, finance and banking in different sectors.

Previously, Dipesh worked for Guheswori Merchant Banking and Finance Ltd., leading the audit, compliance and AML/CFT department, and for the Poverty Alleviation Fund (PAF) in procurement, administration and finance officer roles. He also spent four years working as Office/Finance Assistant for the NGO Joys of Genuine Oneness (JGO Nepal).
Dipesh holds a Master of Business Administration (executive). He has participated in procurement trainings organized by the Nepal Government and the World Bank.
