A:

I hold a Masters’ degree in management with a specialization in human resource management. Within ICIMOD, I have about 8 years of experience in different human resource functions. Before working with ICIMOD, I worked with different private and non-profit organisations including the Nepal Ekarat Engineering Co. Pvt. Ltd (NEEK), SNV Nepal, and Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Ltd.
