Rasmi joined ICIMOD in April 2022. She was initially with Resilient Mountain Solutions (RMS). Later, she became a part of the Green Resilient Agricultural Productive Ecosystems (GRAPE) project, where she provided support in overall general administration, and financial part of the participants of national and international events, knowledge management and communication.
She has over eight years of working experience in non-governmental organisations (both national and international), and private sector, focusing on key areas like project management, planning, networking, and engagement in the development sector.
Rasmi holds a bachelor’s degree in business studies from St. Xavier’s College, Kathmandu, Nepal.
