Shreejan Kayestha

Shreejan Kayestha is the Head of Human Resources at ICIMOD since 2022. He is a member of the Senior Management Committee (SMC) and plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing Human Resources and Ogranisational Development (HROD) strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with ICIMOD’s ‘Strategy 2030’.

Shreejan has 15 years of experience as a HROD professional specializing in international development. He has led strategic HR initiatives and organisational development projects across various international/global organisations, including ICIMOD, ActionAid, Save the Children/Global Fund, and WaterAid.

Shreejan holds a master’s degree in International Human Resources Management from the UK.
